In order to maintain a family oriented environment, IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts does not accept any Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals) at any property and during any time of the year. Spring Breakers are defined as High School through College-aged individuals who book together as individual reservations or groups. IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to deny check-in to any group or individual that can be defined as a Spring Break group. 

Please be advised that smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms and balconies.  There are designated outdoor smoking areas.

• Baby bath tubs
• Baby bottle sterilizer
• Changing mats - mats with terry cloth

• Highchairs

*Baby items are always subject to availability and are requested at the time of booking or directly at the hotels with the Public Relations or Reception teams, at no additional cost. Availability varies according to destinations and hotels. Not available at Grands.

Please note that the Dolphin group can be split into Dolphin Jr. (7-9 years old) and Dolphin (10-12 years old), depending on the number of children.

Receive up to USD $500 in resort credits, in the form of coupons, depending on length of stay:

• USD $300 for stays of 3-5 nights
• USD $500 for minimum of 6 nights

Applicable for new bookings and for travel until October 31, 2025 (subject to change). The discount coupons are digital and available on the Iberostar APP, credits are activated the day after arrival at the hotel. Resort Credit may not be redeemed for cash and there is no cash reimbursement if unused. Credit is not transferable and must be used during the length of stay.
